Seaweed Soil Improver

A completely organic granular form of seaweed which can be applied all year round to any type of soil. Seaweed Soil Improver is composted seaweed meal that will start to bio-degrade as soon as it is applied

Sandy Soils

In sandy soils that are prone to "drying out", Seaweed Soil Improver will help to retain moisture, release its nutrients in a consistent period of time and convert unavailable nitrogen into available nitrates

Heavy and Clay Soils

In heavy and clay soils, Seaweed Soil Improver will provide a fine tilth and crumb, help prevent water logging and provide porosity. 50% of the content of seaweed , is humus forming material, not just a great store of nutrients, but the chief source of any soils' porosity

Seaweed Soil Improver will:

• Resist frost to –1.50 c.
• Increase plants" resistance to disease, drought, frost, stress and wear and tear
• Speed up the recovery process
• Increase mycorrhizal population
• Provide all the necessary trace elements (up to 60), vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates required for strong, healthy growth
• Provide growth promoting hormones such as Cytokinins, Betains, Auxins and Giberrellins, which help to reduce the amount of nitrogen required
• Help reduce/eradicate black layer and anaerobic conditions
• Help reduce/eradicate thatch
• Minimise leeching
• Speed up cell division
